Acrylic processing plants usually manufacture acrylic frames through processes such as cutting, edge planning, polishing, or directly trimming and polishing with a diamond polishing machine, forming rounded corners, sinking holes, inserting magnets, etc. The manufacturing precautions are as follows:
Firstly, when cutting, minimize errors as much as possible. The cutting angle should be at right angles, and the dimensions for subsequent processes such as trimming should be reserved. If the cutting time cannot be guaranteed to be at a right angle, a gong machine can be used to repair it into a right angle. Trimming is the process of removing the saw pattern and making the cutting surface smooth and smooth. Punching holes to prevent secondary positioning ensures that each hole is perfectly aligned. Secondly, the acrylic frame processing process proposes using cloth wheel polishing to ensure both the brightness of the edges and good flatness. In addition, the embedded magnets must be used in sets to reduce errors after assembly.
